We started Doyle Cleaning Co to bring a higher, more accountable standard to commercial cleaning. Because the owners carry out and oversee the work personally, you get consistency, discretion and a documented process rather than a rotating roster of unfamiliar contractors. Every site is cleaned to a customised checklist, with regular inspections so standards hold over time.
We don’t just manage the work. Both of us attend every job, on the tools ourselves, with two full careers behind us rather than a side hustle. We keep learning, too: ongoing training keeps our methods current as products, hygiene standards and compliance move, and it’s the same training every future team member will get.
Ashley

Adelaide born, Ashley comes from nursing and years in senior management of large aged-care and nursing facilities. That’s where the hygiene standard the whole business runs on comes from: infection-control habits that get audited rather than assumed, carried into offices and cafés.
That same grounding brings rigour to contracts, compliance and confidentiality, so Ashley looks after client relationships, legal and the finance side of the business.
Bradley

Originally from England, Bradley migrated to Australia in 2011. His hospitality career includes managing and training teams for a national quick-service food franchise, where strict hygiene protocols are second nature.
He leads training, cleaning methods and day-to-day operations, so every site is done the same careful way, every time. He’s a perfectionist with a naturally keen eye for detail — the one who notices the spot everyone else walks past.
Owner-operated means the people who quote your job are the people accountable for it, from first walk-through to final inspection.
