1.1What kind of cleaning do you do?
We’re a commercial cleaning business with two core services: ongoing after-hours cleaning for offices, cafés and restaurants, and one-off end-of-lease (make-good) vacate cleans and other specific jobs for commercial tenants.

1.3What areas do you service?
We service Adelaide & the southern suburbs. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our area, send us your suburb and we’ll confirm.
1.4How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Every site is different. Size, frequency and the type of space all matter, so we quote individually rather than list a flat rate. After a free walk-through you get a written price with your site checklist attached. No obligation. The faster you tell us suburb, size, access hours and start date, the faster the quote comes back.
1.5When do you clean vs when can we call?
Cleaning runs after hours or whenever we agree with you (including nights, weekends and early mornings — 24/7-capable by arrangement). Quotes, calls and emails are answered 7am–7pm, seven days. Outside those hours, leave a message or use the form and one of us will get back the same business day.
1.6What types of sites do you clean?
Our focus is offices and professional suites, and cafés and restaurants, front of house and back. We also take on specific commercial jobs: vacate cleans, pre-opening cleans and deep cleans. Somewhere else commercial? Ask us. If we can hit our own standard there, we’ll quote it.
1.7Are you hiring?
We’re growing carefully. Reliability and attention to detail matter more than years of experience; a current police check is required, and reliable transport is a plus for after-hours work. Register your interest on our Careers page.
2.1Do you clean outside our business hours?
That’s the point of us. Most of our commercial cleaning is done after hours or before opening, so your team and customers are never in the way. We can also agree other windows (early morning, Sunday, mid-week deep work) when the site needs it. We build the schedule around your operating hours.
2.2How often can you clean?
Daily, weekly, fortnightly or a custom schedule. Whatever suits your site and budget.
2.3Do you do once-off cleans, or only ongoing contracts?
Both. We take on ongoing after-hours contracts as well as one-off end-of-lease vacate cleans and other defined jobs. Tell us what you need and we’ll recommend the right approach.
2.4Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own professional products and equipment. We can name brands and share Safety Data Sheets on request; kit is confirmed at the walk-through for your site type.
2.5Are your products safe for kitchens and food areas?
For food premises we use food-area-appropriate sanitisers on prep surfaces and colour-coded cloths so bathroom and kitchen tools do not cross. Exact products are agreed at the walk-through.
2.6Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning?
We can discuss low-tox and Australian-made options where they still hit the standard for your site. Tell us at the walk-through what matters to you.
3.1Who actually does the cleaning?
We’re owner-operated. The people who quote your job are the people accountable for it, from the first walk-through to the final inspection.
3.2Are you insured?
We carry $20M public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency on request before any work begins.
3.3Are your staff background-checked?
Anyone attending a site holds a current National Police Check and any clearances a site requires. As we grow, this remains a firm requirement for every team member.
3.4Will you keep our site and information confidential?
Yes. We work discreetly, and we’re happy to sign an NDA for clients in legal, financial, government or other sensitive settings.
3.5What happens with our keys and alarm codes?
They’re logged, stored securely, and returned the day an agreement ends.
3.6Are you comfortable working under our CCTV?
Completely. We’re happy to work under your building’s security cameras. It’s part of keeping every visit accountable.
3.7Do you use body cameras?
We can. Body-worn cameras are available on request and used by agreement: a clear record that protects your site and protects us. They’re switched off in confidential or sensitive areas, and never used where they’d conflict with an NDA or a client’s privacy obligations.
4.1What exactly is included in the clean?
Whatever is on your job sheet: the written checklist we build with you at the walk-through. That sheet is the scope. If it’s on there, it’s done every visit, and anything extra is quoted before we do it. You’ll never get a surprise line on an invoice.
4.2Do you offer long-term contracts?
Yes, and we prefer them. We’re looking for long-term cleaning partners: the longer we clean a site, the better we know it and the better it’s kept. We’ll happily set up an ongoing agreement with clear terms and pricing.
4.3What are your contract terms? Is there a lock-in?
No traps. Ongoing contracts run on an agreed schedule, invoiced monthly on 14-day terms, and either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. The full terms come with your quote, and there’s a plain-English summary on our Services page.
4.4Do you offer a re-clean if something’s missed?
For end-of-lease vacate cleans, we’ll return to re-clean any areas flagged at inspection, on terms confirmed in writing with your quote.
4.5Can you provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
Yes. Safety Data Sheets for the products we use are available on request.
