Hamily Holdings Pty Ltd (trading as Doyle Cleaning Co) is an owner-operated commercial cleaning business, run by the two of us from Brighton, South Australia, serving Adelaide & the southern suburbs. Ashley handles client relationships, legal and finance, with a background in senior aged-care facilities management. Bradley leads training, standards and operations, with a background in hospitality management. We bring a healthcare-informed standard to every site, and we carry out the work personally.
The people who quote your site are the people who clean it: healthcare-informed hygiene discipline, hospitality-grade presentation standards, genuine discretion, and direct access to the owners. No call centres, no rotating contractors. We’re looking for long-term partnerships rather than quick turnovers.

Offices and professional suites, cafés and restaurants, cleaned on a daily, weekly or custom schedule outside your hours.
End of lease & vacate cleaning
Make-good vacate cleans and specific one-off commercial jobs, scoped at a walk-through and quoted in writing.
Every site runs to a customised written checklist, built with you at a walk-through, with reporting you can ask to see at any time.
Professional kit, documented method.
Ashley managed aged-care facilities, where hygiene is audited rather than assumed. We buy and work to that standard on every site.

We work happily under your building cameras. Body-worn cameras only if we have agreed that process with you in writing first.
